摘  要:新时代背景下,随着我国社会主要矛盾的转化,网络思想政治教育的主要矛盾已经转化为网民对高质量内容供给的需求同网络文化产品丰富度不高、阐释性不足之间的矛盾,具体表现为教育者的主导性与受教育者的自主性之间的矛盾、教育者施教角度的单调性与受教育者结构的多元化之间的矛盾,教育者内容供给的单一性与受教育者需求多样性之间的矛盾、表达话语政治性与需求生动性之间的矛盾以及传播规律与效果评估之间的矛盾。基于这些具体矛盾和原因分析,网络思想政治教育要坚持以人为本的原则,优化内容供给结构及培养网络意见领袖,不断满足教育对象的精神文化需求,促进人的全面发展和社会的和谐进步。With the transformation of main social contradictions in new era, the main contradictions of network ideological and political education have been transformed into the contradiction between the demand of Internet users for high-quality content supply and the lack of richness and interpretation of network cultural products. The contradictions can be reified as the contradictions between the educator’s dominance and the educatees’ autonomy, between the monotonicity of the educator’s teaching and the diversity of the educatees’ structure, between the singleness of the educator’s content supply and the diversity of the educatees’ needs, between the political nature of the expression discourse and the vividness of the needs, and between the law of communication and the effect of evaluation. Based on these specific contradictions and reasons, network ideological and political education should adhere to the principle of people-oriented, optimize the structure of content supply and train network opinion leaders,and constantly meet the educatees’ spiritual and cultural needs, and promote the all-round development of people and social harmony and progress.
