不同仓型储藏进口大豆品质及损耗分析

摘　　要：对储存在平房仓、高大平房仓、楼房仓和半地下仓的同年份、同国别的进口大豆,在两年储存期的品质、水分、温度、损耗等变化情况进行了细致的对比、分析和总结。结果表明:半地下仓储藏进口大豆可以延缓品质劣变速率,同时损耗较低,其次是高大平房仓,第三是楼房仓,最后是平房仓。平房仓在四种仓型中粮温受外界影响最大,品质劣变速率较快,保管难度较大,损耗最高。In this study,the quality,temperature,moisture,loss and other changes of imported soybeans stored in bulk in different warehouses with the same year and country were analyzed after a two-years storage period.Moreover,the quality,moisture,temperature,loss,and other changes of imported soybeans in bungalow warehouse,tall bungalow warehouse,building warehouse,and semi underground warehouse were compared,analyzed and summarized.The results showed that the semi underground storage of imported soybeans could slow down the deterioration of quality and reduce losses in large bungalow warehouses,warehouse construction,and finally bungalow warehouses were next.Among the four types of warehouses,the grain temperature of bungalow warehouses was the most affected by the outside world,its quality deteriorated faster,the storage was more difficult,and the loss was the highest.
