摘 要:对分别储存在两个高大平房仓的今年新收获小麦和已储存2年小麦,经粮面薄膜密闭等气密性处理后,采用上充下排、抽气强排充气工艺,开展充氮气调应用试验。试验结果表明,采用上充下排、抽气强排充气工艺向粮堆充氮后,粮堆氮气浓度分布均匀,杀虫率100%,充氮首次达到98%以上杀虫工艺浓度时,新收获小麦仓和已储存2年小麦仓累计充氮时间分别为23.69 h和18.37 h;试验期间,新收获小麦仓在未补气的情况下,98%以上氮气浓度维持了35 d,补气1次后98%以上氮气浓度维持了46 d(其中99%以上氮气浓度维持了26 d),已储存2年小麦仓补气2次,97%以上氮气浓度维持了38 d(其中98%以上氮气浓度维持了20 d);新收获小麦仓和已储存2年小麦仓吨粮充氮成本分别为0.45元/t、0.53元/t;粮堆首次达到氮气杀虫工艺浓度与仓房气密性无显著相关。For the newly harvested wheat and the wheat stored for two years in two tall bungalow,the gas charging process was adopted to inflate above and exhaust below and extract gas for forced exhaust,the application experiment of nitrogen filling was carried out after the grain surface treated with air tightness such as film sealing.The experimental results showed that nitrogen was filled into the grain pile by inflating above and exhausting below and extracting gas for forced exhaust,the nitrogen concentration distribution of grain stack is uniform,when the insecticide rate was 100%and the nitrogen filling concentration was above 98%for the first time,the cumulative nitrogen filling time of the newly harvested wheat barn and the wheat barn that had been stored for 2 years were 23.69 h and 18.37 h;during the experiment,the nitrogen concentration of above 98%was maintained for 35d in the newly harvested wheat barn under no air replenishment,the nitrogen concentration of above 98%was maintained for 46d(among which the nitrogen concentration of above 99%was maintained for 26 days);and the nitrogen concentration of 97%was maintained for 38 days(of which the nitrogen concentration of 98%and above has been maintained for 20 days)with the wheat for 2 years after nitrogen twice;The nitrogen filling cost of newly harvested wheat barn and the wheat warehouse stored for 2 years were 0.45 yuan/ton and 0.53 yuan/ton respectively.There was no significant correlation between the concentration of nitrogen insecticidal technology reached for the first time in the grain pile and the airtightness of the warehouse.
