摘　　要：目的:应用周历活动规划(WCPA)探讨遗忘型轻度认知功能障碍(aMCI)患者生态执行功能的特点。方法:招募37例符合Petersen诊断标准的aMCI患者和25例健康老年人,比较两组WCPA中文版填入数、准确数、错误数、总时间、效率、自我意识、准确性估计、规则遵守数和策略使用数9个指标的结果。结果:除总时间和策略使用数以外,aMCI组WCPA中文版填入数、准确数、规则遵守数得分低于对照组(P<0.05),错误数、效率、自我意识和准确性估计得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。在错误类型上,除时间错误外,aMCI组其他错误类型得分均多于对照组(P<0.05)。策略使用数与准确数和错误数相关(|r|=0.35~0.51,均P<0.05)。结论:本研究结果提示aMCI患者存在工作记忆、多任务处理、计划等能力的下降。Objective:To explore the characteristics of ecological executive function with the Weekly Calendar Planning Activity(WCPA)in patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment(aMCI).Methods:Thirty-seven patients with aMCI confirmed by Petersen's criteria and 25 normal older adults were recruited.The results of the 9 variables of the Chinese version of WCPA in two groups were compared,which were appointments entered,accuracy,errors,completion,efficiency,self-awareness,accuracy estimated,rules followed and strategies used.Results:Except for completion and strategies used,the scores of appointments entered,accuracy and rules followed were lower in patients with aMCI than in normal controls(Ps<0.05),and the scores of errors,efficiency,self-awareness and accuracy estimated were higher in patients with aMCI than in normal controls(Ps<0.05).Strategies used was correlated to WCPA accuracy and errors(|r|=0.35-0.51,P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that patients with aMCI have deficits in working memory,multitasking and planning.
