摘  要:随着我国经济产业转型升级,在国家创新驱动发展战略背景下,行业对食品专业创新创业人才需求增加,本文通过对创新创业教育现状分析,结合区域产业发展需求,为我校食品营养与检测专业改革和探索适合食品类专业创新创业教育人才培养路径提供思路,为提高食品类专业人才培养质量提供参考。With the transformation and upgrading of Chinese economic industry,and under the background of national innovation-driven development strategy, the industry’s demand for food professional innovative and entrepreneurial talents have been increasing. Through the analysis of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education,combined with the needs of regional development,this paper provides ideas for the reform of the food nutrition and testing specialty of our school and the exploration of the training path suitable for the innovation and entrepreneurship education of food specialty,so as to provide reference for promoting the quality of food professional personnel training.
