摘  要:通过对比研究大球盖菇在不同林分郁闭度、不同培养料配比条件下的菌丝生长速度、管理成本、子实体生长发育状态、抗杂能力等生产性指标,确定在内蒙古大兴安岭林区林下栽培大球盖菇所需的培养料配方、培养料处理方法及林下栽培的适宜林分郁闭度等技术性指标,按照三层料两层种的点播、穴播播种方式,经过60 d左右的生长管理即可获得商品价值较高的大球盖菇。Through the comparative study on the productive indexes, such as mycelial growth rate, management cost, growth and development state of fruiting body and anti-hybrid ability, under the conditions of different stand canopy density and different ratio of culture materials, the required culture material formula and treatment method and the appropriate stand canopy density for the cultivation under forest in the Greater Xing’an Mountains in Inner Mongolia were determined. According to the method of hole sowing with three-layer material and two-layer seed, Stropharia rugosoannulata with high commercial value can be obtained after about 60-day growth management.
