摘　　要：梳理了新时代领导干部“政治三力”的时代内涵及内在逻辑,分析了新时代领导干部“政治三力”建设的历史性成就、面临的问题及其成因。在此基础上,提出坚持理论创新,夯实认知基础;坚持人民至上,强化情感与价值追求;坚持自我革命,凸显行为实效,以此提高领导干部的“政治三力”。This paper sorts out the connotation of the times and internal logic of leading cadres′ "Three Political Capacities", i.e. political judgment, political thinking, and political implementation, and analyzes the historical achievements, realistic dilemma and its causes of the construction of the "Three Political Capacities" in the new era. On this basis, the paper proposes to improve leading cadres′ "Three Political Capacities" by advancing theoretical innovation and consolidating the cognitive foundation, putting the people first and strengthening the pursuit of affection and value, as well as remaining committed to self-reform and highlighting the actual effect of behavior.
