摘 要:为探究使用环境中的温度变化对聚氯乙烯(polyvinylchloride, PVC)膜材料拉伸蠕变性能的影响,选取两种不同织物密度的PVC双轴向经编膜材料,在-40~40℃的交变温度环境中,分别进行200、300和400次循环处理,测试处理前后材料的拉伸与蠕变性能。结果表明:相同高低温交变处理次数下,密度低的PVC膜材料更易受到交变温度场的影响;材料的拉伸蠕变性能随交变处理次数的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势;200次交变温度处理对材料性能的影响较小,400次交变温度处理后材料的拉伸与蠕变性能明显下降;交变温度处理后PVC膜材料的拉伸蠕变性能的各向异性表现得更加明显。In order to investigate the effect of temperature change on the tensile creep properties of polyvinylchloride(PVC) film materials, two kinds of PVC biaxial warp-knitted materials with different fabric density were selected and subjected to 200, 300 and 400 cycles of alternating temperature of-40-40 ℃. The tensile and creep properties of the materials were tested before and after treatment. The results show that the low-density material is more susceptible to the effects of the alternating temperature field under the same number of high and low temperature alternating treatments. The tensile creep property tends to increase and then decrease with the number of alternating treatments. The effect of 200 treatment cycles on the property of the materials is small. While the tensile creep property of the materials decreases significantly after 400 treatment cycles. The anisotropy of tensile creep property of the PVC film materials is more obvious after the alternating temperature treatment.
