摘　　要：目的:探究宫腔、腹腔镜手术联合高效孕激素治疗子宫内膜癌效果。方法:从2017年6月-2022年6月本院接诊的子宫内膜癌患者中随机抽取110例,数字表法分为观察组、对照组各55例,对照组单纯性高效孕激素干预治疗,观察组在对照组基础联合应用宫腔镜腹腔镜手术治疗;检测两组血清糖类抗原199(CA199)、血清炎症因子水平;对比两组疗效、不良反应和复发率。结果:治疗总有效率观察组(81.8%)高于对照组(45.5%);治疗后两组CA199均降低,且观察组(10.37±1.93 U/ml)低于对照组(23.28±2.73 U/ml),两组炎性因子表达均下降,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组(14.6%)与对照组(21.5%)无差异(P>0.05);复发率观察组(5.5%)低于对照组(27.3%)(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜癌患者行宫腔镜腹腔镜手术联合高效孕激素治疗效果提高,可有效改善患者肿瘤血清因子和炎性因子的表达,降低复发率,有良好的安全性。Obiective:To explore the efeet of hysteroscopic and laparoscopie surgery combined with high-poteney pro-gesterone for treating patients with endometrial cancer.Methods:110 patients with endometrial cancer were randomly selected from hospital and were divided two groups(55 cases in each group)according to the numerical table method between June 2017 and June 2022.The patients in the two groups were given treatment of higlrefficiency progesterone,and the patients in the observation group were given hysteroscopice and laparoscopic surgery dditionally.The levels of serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)and inlammatory factors of the patients in the two groups were detected.The eficacy,the adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate of endometrial cancer of the patients were compared between the two groups.Resuls:The total efective rate(81.8%)of the patients in the observwation group was significantly higher than that(45.5%)of the patients in the control group.After treatment,the CA199 level of the patients in both groups had decrea sed significantly,and which(10.37±1.93 U/ml)of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that(23.28±2.73 U/ml)of the patients in the control group.The expressions of inflammatory factors of the patients in both groups had decreaed signifiantly,and which of the patients in the observation group Was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).There was n significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(14.6%v8.21.5%)of the patients between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of endometrial cancer(5.5%)of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that(27.3%)of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery combined with higlr-fficiency progesterone for treating the patients with endometrial cancer can increase the therapeutic efet.which can efectively improve the expresaions of tumor serum factors and inflammatory factors,reduce the recurrence rat
