摘  要:通信浮标能提高潜艇通信性能,因此提出一种二级拖曳通信浮标,并设计一种近水面拖曳浮标测试平台。该平台由拖船与升沉补偿装置、拖体与拖缆等组成,可以模拟潜艇运动,用以测试拖曳浮标。为研究测试平台的动力学特性,首先建立测试平台和被测对象的动力学模型及其仿真模型,模型涵盖非线性波浪力计算、柔性脐带缆建模、深度模糊控制、升沉补偿装置以及多体刚柔耦合等,随后基于试验得到的被测对象水动力学参数,对测试平台在不同拖曳速度和拖缆长度下的拖曳试验进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明:拖曳速度增大后,一级拖体稳定深度可减小30%,深度波动幅度无明显变化,而被测对象的稳定深度增加20%以上,深度波动幅度可减小80%以上;一级拖缆的长度增加对一级拖体和被测对象的深度影响可忽略不计;二级拖缆长度的增加会导致一级拖体的深度小幅度增加,但不会影响被测对象的稳定深度及其波动幅度。研究结果可为潜艇拖曳系统测试平台的设计与试验提供理论参考。The use of communication buoys for communication can well meet the concealment requirements of submarines. A two-stage towed communication buoy system is proposed. An underwater multistage towed test platform, composed of a tug, a heave compensation device, a towed body and towed cables, is proposed to simulate the submarine and test the towed system. To research the dynamic characteristics of the platform, the dynamic models and its simulation model of the test platform and the object under test are established first, object model covers the nonlinear wave force calculation, modeling, fuzzy control of depth and flexible cord cable and multibody coupled heave compensation device, and then based on the hydrodynamic parameters from the object under experiment, the test platform under different towed speed and the length of the towed test has been simulated. Simulation results shows that, when the towed speed increases, the stable depth of the first stage towed body decreases by 30% and the depth fluctuation amplitude has no obvious change, while the stable depth of the tested object increases by more than 20% and the depth fluctuation amplitude decreases by more than 80%. The effect of the increase of the length of the first stage towed cable on the depth of the first stage towed body and the measured object is negligible. The increase of the length of the second stage towed cable will increase the depth of the first stage towed body by more than 2%, but it will not affect the stable depth and fluctuation range of the tested body. The research results provide a theoretical reference for the design and experiment of the submarine towed system test platform.
