摘　　要：针对国内煤矿井下水仓清理环境恶劣、工作人员劳动强度大、清仓过程中容易出现涌仓等风险,对水仓内工作人员造成不可控的伤害,以及水仓内淤泥浆组成复杂,水仓清理和淤泥浆输送难度较大的问题,设计了一种集煤矿井下水仓清理和清理物料输送于一体的智能遥控水仓清淤机。该型智能遥控水仓清淤机用于煤矿井下水仓远程智能化操作,可降低操作人员劳动强度、保障操作人员安全生产、提高矿山井下水仓的清理效率,同时也提供了一种新的可靠的水仓清理技术手段,有利于智能化矿山的建设。Aiming at the problems of poor cleaning environment,high labor intensity of workers,easy to surge and other risks in domestic coal mine sump,which cause uncontrollable damage to workers in the sump,and the complex composition of sludge slurry in the sump,which makes it difficult to clean the sump and transport the sludge slurry,an intelligent remote control sump desilter integrating the cleaning of coal mine sump and the transport of cleaning materials was designed.This type of intelligent remote control water sump desilter is used for the remote intelligent operation of the coal mine well sump,which can reduce the labor intensity of the operators,ensure the safety of the operators,improve the cleaning efficiency of the mine well sump,and also provide a new and reliable technical means of water sump cleaning,which is conducive to the construction of intelligent mines.
