职工医保基金征缴的精确管理策略探析

摘　　要：医疗保险基金是参保社会成员医疗费用抵偿报销的专项资金,能够减轻参保社会成员的医疗费用支出压力。基于此,文章分析了当前阶段职工医疗积极征缴管理工作存在的问题与不足之处,并从统筹归集管理资源、提高征管数据收集质量、引入数理方法与精算技术、综合应用信息技术等方面出发,提出了做好医保基金精细管理的对应措施,以供参考。Medical insurance fund is a special fund for the reimbursement of medical expenses of insured social members,which can reduce the pressure of medical expenses of insured social members.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the active collection and payment management of workers'medical treatment at the current stage.From the aspects of overall collection of management resources,improving the quality of collection and management data,the introduction of mathematical methods and actuarial technology,and the comprehensive application of information technology,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures to do a good job in the fine management of medical insurance fund for reference.
