摘 要:该文设计了一个抗坏血酸改性MXene-Ti_(3)C_(2)(MXene/VC)制备及其电化学检测对硝基酚综合研究型实验。首先通过酸刻蚀碳化铝钛(Ti_(3)AlC_(2))中的Al物质,合成MXene-Ti_(3)C_(2)样品,然后使用抗坏血酸(VC)作为修饰剂,对MXene-Ti_(3)C_(2)进行VC的改性处理,制得MXene/VC,再对MXene/VC进行红外光谱、扫描电镜和X-射线光电子能谱表征,最后采用差分脉冲伏安(DPV)测试法对MXene/VC电化学检测对硝基酚活性进行系统分析。实验过程包括文献调研、材料制备、微观表征、电化学传感性能测试和实验报告撰写等多个环节,有利于学生综合素质的提升。A comprehensive research experiment was designed for the preparation of ascorbic acid modified MXene Ti_(3)C_(2)(MXene/VC)and its application in electrochemical detection of p-nitrophenol.Firstly,the Al species of Ti_(3)AlC_(2)was removed by acid-etching to synthesize MXene-Ti_(3)C_(2).Secondly,the MXene/VC material was fabricated by modifying MXene-Ti_(3)C_(2)with VC.Subsequently,the MXene/VC material was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Finally,the differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)method was employed to systematically analyze the electrochemical detection of p-nitrophenol.The whole experimental process included multiple steps,such as literature consult,material preparation,microscopic characterization,electrochemical sensing performance testing and experimental report writing,which is conducive to the improvement of students’comprehensive quality.
