摘 要:针对口岸食品实验室存在信息采集片面化、处理效率低和感知不及时等问题,从“人、机、料、法、环”五个维度构建口岸食品实验室风险态势感知捕捉模型,对实验室信息开展多源信息融合、实时态势理解、未来态势预测和风险态势评估。通过对比实验证明:口岸食品实验室信息采集覆盖率提高20.33%;信息利用率提高23.69%;风险感知时长缩短3.05天/项;实验室风险捕捉量同比增长147.06%;平均检测时长从4.18天/件下降至3.31天/件。该模型为口岸食品实验室风险管理建模与风险态势感知提供了参考范本。Aiming at the problems of one-sided information collection,low processing efficiency and untimely perception in port food laboratories,a risk situation awareness capture model of port food laboratories is constructed from five dimensions of‘human,machine,material,method and environment’,and multi-source information fusion,real-time situation understanding,future situation prediction and risk situation assessment are carried out for laboratory information.Comparative experiments show that the port food laboratory information collection coverage increased by 20.33%,information utilization rate increased by 23.69%,risk perception time shortened by 3.05 days/item,laboratory risk capture increased by 147.06%,the average detection time decreased from 4.18 days/item to 3.31 days/item.This model provides a reference model for risk management modeling and risk situation awareness of port food laboratories.
