摘　　要：期刊采购是高校图书馆的重要工作之一,在信息技术飞速发展的环境下,高校应该逐步调整自身采购期刊的观念,创新采购方式,提升期刊采购的科学性及合理性。文中分析了当前部分高校期刊采购的情况,发现了一些有待解决的问题,这些问题始终影响着高校期刊采购的整体质量。以此为出发点,文中进一步研究了期刊采购应遵循的原则,并提出了在信息技术环境下如何完善高校图书馆期刊采购的策略。Periodical procurement is one of the important work of university library.Under the environment of the rapid development of information technology,universities should gradually adjust their own concept of purchasing periodicals,innovate the way of purchasing,and improve the scientific and rational procurement of periodicals.Through the analysis of the current situation of periodical procurement,the author found some problems to he solved,which all affect the overall quality of college periodical procurement.Therefore,this paper takes this as the starting point,further studies the principles that periodical procurement should follow,and makes a brief analysis on how to perfect the strategy of periodical procurement in university library under the information technology environment.
