摘　　要：介绍一种士官院校实践教学体系的研究构建方法与应用案例。首先提出实践教学体系的构建原则,然后确立实践教学体系构建目标和建设内容,创新实践教学模式,再指出实践教学条件建设方法和手段以及应当把握的问题,提出实践教学体系评估内容,最后阐述实践教学体系构建的具体应用案例。A kind of research and construction method of practical teaching system in non-commissioned officer colleges is present.Firstly,the principles of practical teaching system are put forward,then the construction target the content of practical teaching system construction is established,the practical teaching mode is innovated,then the methods and means of practical teaching conditions construction are pointed out,and the evaluation content of practical teaching system is put forward.Finally,the concrete application cases of practical teaching system are expounded.
