摘  要:目的:系统评价乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿发病风险预测模型研究,为临床实践提供参考依据。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、CNKI、Wan Fang、VIP、CBM数据库中有关乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿发病风险预测模型的文献,检索时限从建库至2021年8月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献和提取数据,并使用预测风险模型偏倚风险工具评估纳入研究的质量。结果:共纳入10项研究,包括7项模型开发研究和3项模型验证研究,所有纳入模型中最常见的预测因子是腋窝淋巴结清扫术。纳入研究适用性均较好,但存在一定的偏倚风险,主要原因包括未报告或未使用盲法、样本量不足、模型性能评估不完整。结论:乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿发生风险预测模型的研究尚处于发展阶段,未来需构建高质量、高效能的预测模型,并进行广泛的外部验证。Objective:To systematically evaluate the risk prediction model of breast cancer-related lymphedema, and provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods:The literatures on the risk prediction model of breast cancer-related lymphedema in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wan Fang, VIP, and CBM databases were searched by computer from the establishment of the databases to August 2021. Literature screening and data extraction were independently completed by two researchers, and the quality of the included studies was assessed using the prediction model risk of bias assessment tool.Results:A total of 10 studies were included, including 7 model development studies and 3 model validation studies. The most common predictor of all included models was axillary lymph node dissection. The applicability of the included studies was good, but there was a certain risk of bias. The main reasons included failure to report or use blind method, insufficient samples, and incomplete model performance evaluation.Conclusion:The research on the risk prediction model of breast cancer-related lymphedema is still in the stage of development. In the future, it is necessary to build a high-quality and efficient prediction model and conduct extensive external verification.
