妇幼保健人员业务能力提升培训的效果评价研究

摘　　要：目的探讨“现场培训+线上直播”培训模式在提升妇幼保健人员培训效果上的优势和不足,为进一步完善培训体系提供依据。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2021年12月参加莆田市妇幼保健院基于“现场培训+线上直播”模式举办的三场妇幼保健专题培训班的1541名参训人员的培训时长和考核结果,对比现场培训和线上直播培训的优势和不足,评价“现场培训+线上直播”培训模式的效果。结果现场培训组比线上直播培训组的平均考核成绩更高、平均实时学习时长和平均总学习时长更长,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“现场培训+线上直播”培训模式在开展妇幼健康专题培训班上具有一定的优势,同时也暴露了线上直播培训环节上的不足。通过不断总结经验,优化培训流程,该培训模式有望助力妇幼保健工作深入开展。Objective To explore the advantages and disadvantages of the training mode of"on-site training+online live training"in improving the training effect of maternal and child health care personnel,and to provide evidences for further improving the training system.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the training time and assessment results of 1541 trainees who participated in three special training courses on maternal and child health held by Putian Maternal and Child Health Hospital in the mode of"on-site training+online live training"from January 2020 to December 2021.We Compared the advantages and disadvantages of on-site training and online live training and evaluated the effect of"on-site training+live streaming"training mode.Results The on-site training group had higher average examination scores,longer average real-time learning time and average total learning time than the online live training group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training mode of"onsite training+network broadcast"has certain advantages in carrying out special training courses on maternal and child health.However,there are some shortcomings in online training.By constantly summing up experience and optimizing the training process,this training mode is expected to boost further development of maternal and child health care.
