高职院校融资结构绩效评价探索——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：高职院校融资活动由来已久,对提升办学质量提供了有力支持,但其绩效评价相对滞后,尤其是对结构与绩效表现的关联分析评价不足。本文以随机选取的湖南省10所高职院校为例,主要从校企共建、开展培训、横向科研开发、接受捐赠等四个方面,阐述融资结构的现状和问题,分析融资结构对绩效表现的影响因素,综合考虑原则、指标设计和方法选取等三个方面,探索构建绩效评价指标体系。The financing activities of higher vocational colleges have a long history,which provides strong support for improving the quality of school operation,but their performance evaluation is relatively lagging behind,especially the correlation analysis and evaluation of the structure and performance is insufficient.Randomly taking 10 higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province as examples,this paper mainly expounds the current situation and problems of financing structure from the four aspects of school-enterprise co-construction,training programme,latitudinal research project and donation,analyzes the influencing factors of financing structure on performance,and explores the construction of performance evaluation index system from three aspects,including principle,index design and method selection.
