摘　　要：思想政治教育是高校人才培养的重要环节,在学生思想形成中发挥着重要的作用。但是目前部分高校中的“三全育人”存在家庭、学校、社会的育人体系不健全、全方面育人体系不协调、全过程保障体系不完善等问题,需要进一步健全家庭、学校、社会协同育人体系,完善“三全育人”全过程发展体系,统筹协调“三全育人”全方面育人体系,完善思想政治教育工作机制。Ideological and political education plays an important role in the formation of students'ideology as a critical part of talent cultivation in universities.To resolve the problems like imperfect educational system among family,school and society,uncoordinated all-round education and irrational all-process guarantee system,etc.in“3-ll education”in some universities,it is necessary to further perfect the coordinated educational system,the all-process developmental system,plan the all-round educational system as a whole,and improve the ideological and political working mechanism led by Party Committees.
