大学生余暇体育锻炼与生命意义感的关系:积极心理资本的中介作用及性别差异

摘　　要：目的 探讨大学生余暇体育锻炼与生命意义感之间的关系,以及积极心理资本在两者之间的中介作用及性别差异。方法 采用大学生余暇体育锻炼量表、生命意义感量表、积极心理资本量表对579名大学生进行调查。结果 1)余暇体育锻炼能正向预测大学生生命意义感(β=0.065,p<0.05),也能正向预测大学生积极心理资本(β=0.314,p<0.001);2)积极心理资本在余暇体育锻炼与生命意义感之间起部分中介作用(β=0.273,95%CI[0.164,0.379]);3)多群组分析发现,男生余暇体育锻炼对积极心理资本的正向预测作用显著大于女生(男β=0.409,p<0.001;女β=0.232,p<0.001),男生余暇体育锻炼对生命意义感的直接预测作用显著(β=0.100,p<0.05),女生余暇体育锻炼对生命意义感的直接预测作用不显著(β=0.054,p>0.05)。结论积极心理资本在余暇体育锻炼与生命意义感之间起中介作用,对男生群组起部分中介作用,对女生群组起完全中介作用。Objective The relationship between college students'leisure physical exercise and meaning in life,and the mediating role and gender differences of positive psychological capital between them were discussed.Methods 579 college students were investigated with College Students'Leisure Physical Exercise Scale,Sense of Life Scale and Positive Psychological Capital Scale.Results 1)Leisure physical exercise can positively predict college students'meaning in life(β=0.065,p<0.05),can also positively predict the positive psychological capital of college students(β=0.314,p<0.001).2)Positive psychological capital played a partial mediating role between leisure physical exercise and meaning in life(β=0.273,95%CI[0.164,0.379]).3)It was found that through multi group analysis the positive predictive effect of male students'leisure physical exercise on positive psychological capital was significantly greater than that of female students(male:β=0.409,p<0.001;female:β=0.232,p<0.001).The direct prediction of leisure physical exercise on meaning in life was significant for male students(β=0.100,p<0.05),but not for female students(β=0.054,p>0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological capital plays a mediating role between leisure physical exercise and sense of meaning of life,partially mediating the male group,and completely mediating the female group.
