摘 要:为探究典型兽用抗生素土霉素对颗粒污泥处理畜禽养殖废水性能的影响,构建了中试规模的反应器,在中温条件下,探究了不同土霉素暴露浓度对颗粒污泥运行效能的影响并揭示了相关影响机制。结果表明,高浓度土霉素降低了颗粒污泥去除COD、氨氮及磷酸盐的去除效率,而低浓度土霉素对COD和氨氮去除无明显影响但降低了磷酸盐的去除。此外,高浓度土霉素暴露导致颗粒污泥的沉降性下降,但未引发污泥膨胀。土霉素暴露提高了颗粒污泥内胞外聚合物(EPS)的含量,尤其当土霉素浓度为5.0 mg/L时,EPS含量提高至185 mg/g,显著高于对照组和低浓度土霉素暴露组别。土霉素能影响颗粒污泥内微生物群落结构,高浓度土霉素降低了Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes的相对丰度,但提高了Chloroflexi的相对丰度,这也是高浓度土霉素降低颗粒污泥去除污染物的重要原因。本研究结果对好氧颗粒污泥处理含土霉素畜禽养殖废水提供一定的数据支撑和理论依据。The effect of typical veterinary antibiotic oxytetracycline on the performance of granular sludge in the treatment of livestock and poultry breeding wastewater was explored. A pilot scale reactor was constructed, the effects of different oxytetracycline exposure concentrations on the operation efficiency of granular sludge were explored, and the relevant mechanisms were revealed. The results showed that the high-concentration oxytetracycline reduces the removal efficiency of COD, ammonia nitrogen, and phosphate by granular sludge, while the low-concentration oxytetracycline does not affect the COD and ammonia nitrogen removal, but reduced the phosphate removal. In addition, the exposure of the highconcentration oxytetracycline reduced the sedimentation of sludge particles. The exposure of oxytetracycline increased the content of extracellular polymer(EPS) in granular sludge. When the concentration of oxytetracycline was 5.0 mg/L, the content of EPS was increased to 185 mg/g, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The oxytetracycline can affect the microbial community structure in the granular sludge. The highconcentration oxytetracycline reduced the relative abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes but improved the relative abundance of Chloroflex.The results of this study provided support for some data and a theoretical basis for the treatment of livestock and poultry wastewater containing oxytetracycline by aerobic granular sludge.
