摘　　要：我国是酒业大国,随着社会经济的发展,人们的生活质量不断改善,对于酒水也有了更大的需求。近年来,我国酿酒业面临较大挑战,非理性消费不再持续,在满足消费高质化、多元化需求的情况下,酿酒工业要提高行业意识,推进酿酒市场健康、持续的发展。膜过滤技术是一种新兴分离技术,不仅能在低温环境下作业,还能节约能源,加之其具有高效精密的分子级分离特性,所以,其已从一种鲜为人知的特殊生产模式发展成为高效、规范的生产工艺,同时也得到了社会各界的认可、支持。近几年,膜过滤技术广泛应用于制药、化工、食品等工业领域,不仅节约了大量能源、资源,还缓解了环境污染问题。膜过滤技术对我国工业化发展有着极为重要的作用,对21世纪工业技术的优化、革新也有深远的影响。由于膜生产成本较低,酿酒工业又提出了环保性要求,所以膜过滤技术普遍运用于酿酒工业。基于此,本文围绕膜过滤技术展开分析,对其在酿酒工业中的应用进行探讨。China is a big country in the wine industry.The development of social economy has improved people’s quality of life,and people have a greater demand for drinks.In recent years,our brewing industry faces the big challenge,irrational consumption is no longer sustainable,in the situation of meeting the high quality of consumption,the diversified demand,the brewing industry should improve the industry consciousness,which can advance the brewing market healthy and sustainable development.Membrane filtration technique is a new separation technique,it can not only to operate in low temperature environment,still can save energy,combined with the molecular separation properties of the precision is high,it has developed from a little-known special production mode to become efficient,standardized production technology,but also obtained the approval and support from all walks of life.In recent years,membrane filtration technology is widely used in pharmaceutical,chemical,food and other industrial fields,not only saves a lot of energy,resources,but also alleviates the environmental pollution problem.Membrane filtration technology plays an important role in the development of Chinese industrialization,and has a profound influence on the optimization and innovation of industrial technology in the 21st century.Because the membrane production cost is relatively low,the wine industry has put forward environmental protection requirements,so the membrane filtration technology is widely used in the wine industry,based on this,this paper around the membrane filtration technology analysis,to discuss its application in the wine industry.
