摘  要:本文以阿克苏当地市售苹果为检测样品,采用行业标准作为参比方法,根据《食品快速检测方法评价技术规范》对3家公司的毒死蜱农药残留的快检适应性进行了评估,结果显示,所测试剂盒1,2的灵敏度均为100%,试剂盒3的灵敏度为63.33%;试剂盒1,2,3的特异性分别为66.67%,33.33%,100%;试剂盒1和2的假阴性率均为0,试剂盒3的阴性率为36.67%;三个试剂盒的假阳性率分别为33.3%,66.67%和0;显著性差异分别为8.1,18.05和9.09;试剂盒1,2和3的相对准确率分别为80%,60%和78%。In this paper,the apples sold in Aksu were taken as the samples,and the industrial standard was used as the reference method,the adaptability of rapid detection of chlorpyrifos pesticide residues in three companies was evaluated according to the“Technical Specification for Evaluation of Rapid Food Inspection Methods”.The results showed that the sensitivity of both Kit No.1 and No.2 were 100% while the sensitivity of N0.3 was 63.33%;the specificity of Kit No.1,No.2 and No.3 were 66.67%,33.33%,100% respectively;the false negative rate of both Kit No.1 and No.2 were 0 while No.3was 36.67%;the false positive rate were 33.3%,66.67% and 0 respectively;the significant difference were 8.1,18.05 and 9.09respectively,and the relative accuracy were 80%,60% and 78% respectively.
