摘　　要：做好食品安全检测对提高市场流通食品的安全性有着积极意义。在食品微生物菌落总数检测中,平板计数法与纸片法属于常用的分析方法。本文针对这2种方法的基础内容展开分析,利用相关的实验比较2种方法的优缺点,从而为食品检测体系的优化积累有效价值数据,加快完善检测体系。Good food safety testing is of positive significance for improving the safety of food circulating in the market.In the detection of the total number of food microbial colonies,the plate counting method and the paper method are commonly used analysis methods.This article analyzes the basic content of the two methods and uses corresponding experiments to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods,thus providing a food detection system.The optimization of the accumulation of value data accelerates the improvement of the detection system.
