摘　　要：在生活质量不断改善的背景下,人们对健康的关注度也随之提高,食品安全与人体健康有着紧密的联系。为避免食品安全不达标情况的发生,很多食品生产商对食品展开了安全化处理,其中食品级双氧水就得到了广泛的应用。本文主要对食品化工中食品级双氧水的应用进行了探讨、分析,旨在为相关人员提供参考。In the context of the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,the attention to health has also increased,and food safety and health are closely linked.In order to avoid the occurrence of substandard food safety,many food manufacturers have carried out safety treatment on food,and food grade hydrogen peroxide has been widely used in the interim.This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the application of food grade hydrogen peroxide in food chemical industry.The report is as follows.
