摘　　要：中医产科学是在中医学基础理论指导下,研究妇女在妊娠、分娩和产褥期间特殊生理、病理和疾病防治的一门临床学科,是中医学中的一个重要组成部分。回顾中医产科学的历史渊源、明确中医产科学的定义和学科特点、详细论述中医产科的发展方向。当下中医产科学独立分科势在必行,笔者特此探讨中医产科的重要性,以期为促进中医产科学的学科建设和中医产科学的发展做出贡献。As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,obstetrics of traditional Chinese medicine is a clinical discipline that studies the special physiology,pathology and disease prevention of women during pregnancy,childbirth and puerperal period under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The historical origin of obstetrics of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed,the definition and subject characteristics of obstetrics of traditional Chinese medicine were clarified,and the development direction of obstetrics of traditional Chinese medicine was discussed in detail.At present,the independent division of obstetrics of traditional Chinese medicine is imperative.The author hereby discusses the importance of obstetrics of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to contribute to the discipline construction and development of obstetrics of traditional Chinese medicine.
