摘 要:为探究中国农业高新技术企业创新能力提升路径,选取中国68家农业高新技术企业为研究样本,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,选取影响农业高新技术企业创新能力的5方面因素,探究5方面因素对农业高新技术企业创新能力的复杂影响机制。结果发现,农业高新技术企业创新能力提升存在8条路径组成的5种决策情境,分别为政府介入型、进出口贸易型、投入与环境结合型、外部环境主导型、企业发展主导型。研究结论揭示了农业高新技术企业创新能力提升的内在机理。In order to explore the path of improving the innovation ability of agricultural high-tech enterprises in China,68 agricultural high-tech Enterprises in China were selected as research samples,and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method was used,5 factors that affect the innovation ability of agricultural high-tech enterprises were selected,and the complex mechanism of the 5 factors that affect the innovation ability of agricultural high-tech enterprises is studied.The results showed that there are five decision-making scenarios consisting of eight paths to enhance the innovation capacity of innovation resources,including government intervention type,import and export trade type,investment and environment combined type,external environment-oriented type,enterprise development-oriented type.The research conclusion reveals the internal mechanism of the innovation ability promotion of agricultural high-tech enterprises.
