摘　　要：目的 探讨非对称回波的最小二乘估算法迭代水脂分离序列(IDEAL-IQ)成像技术对非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)患者定量诊断价值,以及NAFLD脂肪分数(FF)与肝/脾CT比值、腹部皮下脂肪面积、血脂含量的相关性.方法 选取NAFLD患者60例及正常志愿者20例,分别进行IDEAL-IQ序列及CT扫描,并分别测量其血脂含量.结果 随着肝/脾CT比值升高,FF值、皮下脂肪面积值、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、甘油三酯(TG)降低.正常组、轻度组、中度组、重度组FF差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 IDEAL-IQ成像技术可以对NAFLD进行诊断与分度,为NAFLD提供客观的定量影像学指标,FF值与腹部皮下脂肪面积、TG、LDL、TC值具有相关性.Objective To explore the quantitative diagnostic value of iterative decomposition of water and fat with echo asymmetry and least-squares estimation quantification sequence(IDEAL-IQ)imaging technique in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),as well as the correlation between fat fraction(FF)of NAFLD and liver/spleen CT ratio,abdominal subcutaneous adipose area and blood lipid content.Methods 60 patients with NAFLD and 20 normal volunteers were selected for IDEAL-IQ sequence and CT scanning,and their blood lipid content was also measured,respectively.Results With the increase of liver/spleen CT ratio,FF value,subcutaneous adipose area value,cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and triglyceride(TG)were decreased.There was a significant difference in FF among normal group,mild group,moderate group and severe group(P<O.05).Conclusion IDEAL-IQ imaging technique can be used to diagnose and grade NAFLD and provide objective quantitative imaging index for NAFLD.The FF value is correlated with abdominal subcutaneous adipose area,TG,LDL and TC.
