可解脱弹簧圈治疗分叉部肾动脉瘤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用可解脱弹簧圈治疗分叉部肾动脉瘤的临床疗效.方法 回顾性选取6例分叉部肾动脉瘤患者,所有患者均接受可解脱弹簧圈的栓塞治疗.记录患者手术成功率、随访期间并发症情况.结果 6例患者手术成功率100%,随访期间动脉瘤均未出现增大情况.其中2例发现局部小的梗死灶,但肌酐水平未见显著升高,1例临床考虑合并多发性大动脉炎患者出现了急性肾动脉主干血栓形成,尽管及时处理,患者仍遗留了慢性肾功能不全的后遗症.其余3例患者恢复顺利,未出现并发症.结论 可解脱弹簧圈治疗分叉部肾动脉瘤操作简便,且安全有效.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of detachable coils in the treatment of bifurcated renal artery aneurysm.Methods Six patients of bifurcated renal artery aneurysms were retrospectively selected.All patients received embolization treatment with detachable coils.Technical success and complications during follow-up were recorded.Results The success ratio of this technical was 1oo%.No aneurysm enlargement was observed in all six patients during follow-up.Among them,two patients were found to had small local renal infarctions,whereas their creatine levels were not significantly elevated.One patient clinically diagnosed to had Takayasu arteritis developed acute renal main artery thrombosis.Though deal with promptly,the patient was left with chronic renal insufficiency.The remaining three patients recovered smoothly with no complications.Conclusion Treatment of bifurcated renal artery aneurysm by detachable coils is simple,safe and effective.
