摘 要:目的探讨超声、CT、MRI及数字减影血管造影(DSA)技术在评估肝癌介入综合治疗术后肿瘤组织活性的价值.方法选取100例肝癌患者作为研究对象,均接受超声、CT、MRI及DSA检查,以DSA检查为金标准,分析其余检查在评价患者接受介入综合治疗后的肿瘤活性病灶中的应用价值.结果(1)与DSA相比较,3种检查方法在总病灶数的检出率无明显统计学差异(P>0.05).关于活性病灶检出率,超声、CT、MRI的检出率逐渐增高,分别为44.4%、79%、94.4%,其中只有超声和CT与DSA有明显的统计学差异(P<0.01);(2)MRI的灵敏度和准确性都显著高于另外2种检查方法.相比于MRI,超声和CT的特异度无明显统计学差异.结论相对于CT和超声,MRI识别肿瘤活性病灶更加准确,若结合超声、CT、MRI可以全面地评价肝癌活性病灶,为临床治疗提供更多的信息.Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound,CT,MRI and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in evaluating tumor activity after interventional comprehensive treatment for liver cancer.Methods A total of 1oo patients with liver cancer were selected as the research subject.All patients received ultrasound,CT,MRI and DSA examinations.With DSA examination as the gold standard,the application value of other examinations in the evaluation of patients with tumor active lesions after interventional comprehensive treatment was analyzed.Results(1)Compared with DSA,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of the total number of lesions among the three methods(P>0.O5).As for the detection rate of active lesions,the detection rates of ultrasound,CT and MRI increased gradually,which were 44.4%,79%and 94.4%,respectively.Only the ultrasound and CT had significant differences with the DSA(P<O.O1).(2)The sensitivity and accuracy of the MRI were significantly higher than those of the other two methods.Compared with the MRI,there was no significant difference in specificity between the ultrasound and the CT.Conclusion Compared with CT and ultrasound,MRI is more accurate in the identification of tumor active lesions.Combing ultrasound,CT and MRI,the active lesions of liver cancer can be comprehensively evaluated,providing more information for clinical treatment.
