摘  要:基于PCA方法对某型国产涡扇发动机加力接通边界进行了分析研究,提取了加力燃烧室进口气动综合表征参数,对发动机加力一区(点火区)供油量进行了计算,建立基于气动综合表征参数和供油量的加力接通、稳定工作特性。分析了飞行试验数据。结果表明:该方法能够准确评估加力接通难易程度、预测发动机加力接通能力,可为加力接通边界潜力挖掘提供理论支持,对提高试飞安全、控制试飞风险、试飞预测评估有重大意义。The afterburning connection boundary of a domestic turbofan engine is analyzed based on PCA.The inlet aerodynamic parameters of the afterburning are extracted,the fuel supply in afterburning of the engine is calculated,and then the afterburning connection and stable working characteristics are established.The flight test data are used for calculation and verification,and the results show that the method can evaluate the difficulty of afterburning connection accurately and predict the ability of afterburning connection,and the application effect is good.It not only provides theoretical support for the potential mining of afterburning connection boundary,but also has a great significance to improve flight test safety,control flight risks,and predict flight tests.
