摘  要:跨企业培训中心是德国双元制职教模式中企业一元的重要补充。为提高技术技能人才供给精准度,A市将跨企业培训中心模式本土化,成立由国有企业运营的“跨学校跨企业培训中心”。该培训中心建设之初形成了企业化运营、模拟真实生产实训、企业主导学员遴选、以能工巧匠为师、“学校—中心—企业”三方联动共育人才等特色,几年后却陷入续存困境。为走出困境,需努力破解国有企业办好职业教育难题、跨企业培训中心可持续发展难题和职教改革与职业院校平稳发展等难题。The cross-enterprise training center is an important supplement to the enterprise part in the vocational education mode of German dual system. To improve the accuracy of technical and skilled talents supply, A city has localized the model of cross-enterprise training center and established a cross-school and cross-enterprise training center operated by the state-owned enterprises. It has formed some typical characteristics, such as enterprise-oriented operation, training simulated the real production, student selection led by enterprise, taking skilled craftsmen as teachers, "school-center-enterprise" tripartite education. However, a few years later, it fell into a survival dilemma. To get out of the dilemma, it is necessary to make efforts to solve the problems of state-owned enterprises running vocational education, the sustainable development of cross-enterprise training centers, and the reform of vocational education and the steady development of vocational colleges.
