摘  要:由于岸边集装箱起重机结构在地震下的运动较复杂,为了研究其在地震载荷下的跳轨行为,文中基于向量式有限元理论以典型巴拿马岸边集装箱起重机为例建立模型,提出改进的轮轨接触模型,并施加EI Centro地震波计算岸桥整机动力学特性。结果表明,地震波对岸边集装箱起重机垂直方向的位移影响更大,海侧门腿与陆侧门腿相比更难以发生抬腿,得出的结论可为今后更多的大型港口设备的抗震设计提供了思路。Considering that the structural movement of quayside container cranes is complicated when earthquakes occur,in order to study the phenomenon of derailment under earthquake load,a model is established based on the vector finite element theory,and an improved wheel-rail contact model is proposed.EI Centro seismic waves are applied to calculate the dynamic characteristics of quayside container cranes.The results show that the seismic wave has more obvious influence on the vertical displacement of the quayside container crane,and compared with the land side leg,it is more difficult to lift the sea side leg,which provides ideas for the seismic design of more large-scale port equipment in the future.
