摘 要:为实现集装箱码头高效装卸作业,最大限度缩短船舶在港时间,世界各国集装箱码头均在不断改进岸边集装箱桥式起重机结构,提高码头自动化及智能化程度,以追求更高的装卸船效率。文中以目前自动化集装箱码头主要使用的单小车与双小车岸边集装箱起重机为研究对象,提出其优越性评价指标,计算单小车及双小车岸边集装箱起重机的装卸效率,使用层次分析法模糊综合评价法对2种岸边集装箱起重机结构进行综合评价,得出自动化集装箱码头在使用岸边集装箱起重机+AGV(IGV)+轨道式集装箱门式起重机的模式时,双小车岸边集装箱起重机更具有优越性。In order to ensure efficient loading and unloading operations of container terminals and minimize the time of ships in port, container terminals all over the world are constantly improving the structure of quayside container bridge cranes,improving the automation and intelligence of terminals, in order to pursue higher loading and unloading efficiency. In this paper, taking single trolley and double trolley quayside container cranes, which are the mainstream in automated container terminals, as the research objects, the superiority evaluation indexes are put forward, the loading and unloading efficiencies of single trolley and double trolley quayside container cranes are calculated, and the two quayside container crane structures are comprehensively evaluated by AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and it is concluded that the double trolley quayside container crane in automated container terminals is superior when adopting the mode of quayside container crane +AGV(IGV) + rail container gantry crane.
