摘　　要：随着全国范围内世界一流大学和一流学科建设工作的深入开展,创新人才培养成为各个高校教学改革和实践的工作的重点方向。以教为中心的育人模式往往很难达到创新人才培养的培养目标。对此,文中结合学校自身的办学特色,以中国大学生物流技术(起重机)创意赛为契机,开展了基于物流技术(起重机)创意赛的创新人才培养模式的探索。构建了基于物流技术的四面联合一体化创新人才培养模式。通过不断补短板、找突破、总结新经验,逐步探索出具有交大特色的物流技术专业教学改革方法,为实施科技创新后备人才培育计划和输送大批创新型物流技术人才提供一种借鉴和新思路。With the in-depth development of the establishment of world-class universities and disciplines nationwide, the cultivation of innovative talents has become the focus in teaching reform and practice in various universities. The education mode based on teaching is often difficult to ensure the realization of the training goal of innovative talents. Southwest Jiaotong University, in combination with the school-running characteristics of itself, took the Chinese University Logistics Technology(Crane) Creative Competition as an opportunity to carry out an in-depth discussion of the cultivation mode of innovative talents. A training mode of innovative talents based on logistics technology is established. By constantly checking and filling gaps, seeking breakthroughs and summing up experience, a teaching reform method of logistics technology specialty with the characteristics of Southwest Jiaotong University is gradually developed, which provides reference and new ideas for implementing the cultivation plan of scientific and technological innovation talented resources and providing a large number of innovative logistics technology talents.
