摘 要:全株构树粗蛋白质含量高,方便机械刈割,生物产量高,是理想的非常规畜禽蛋白质饲料资源。合理的收获、加工及利用方式不仅能有效保留全株构树中的营养成分,并还对推动构树产业化深加工至关重要。与未发酵构树相比,发酵能有效提高其粗蛋白质、粗脂肪,降低粗纤维和单宁含量,降低pH,提高乳酸含量,明显改善营养成分和饲料品质。本文对影响全株构树发酵品质的因素及其在畜禽养殖上的应用进行综述,为探索全株构树发酵品质的系统评价方法提供思路,助力发展绿色环保和资源节约型畜牧饲料产业。The whole-plant of Broussonetia papyrifera has high crude protein content, convenient mechanical cutting and high biological yield. It is an ideal unconventional protein feed resource for livestock. Reasonable harvesting, processing and utilization methods are not only effective in retaining the nutrients in the whole-plant, but also essential in promoting the further processing of Broussonetia papyrifera for industrial development. Compared to unfermented whole-plant of Broussonetia papyrifera, fermentation effectively increases crude protein and crude fat, reduces crude fibre and tannin content, reduces pH value and increases lactic acid content, significantly improving nutrient content and feed quality. This paper summarizes the factors affecting the quality of whole-plant Broussonetia papyrifera fermentation and its application to livestock farming, providing ideas for exploring a systematic evaluation method for the quality of whole-plant Broussonetia papyrifera fermentation and helping to develop a green and resource-saving livestock feed industry.
