摘 要:基于2021年“上海家政服务人员RDS调查”的1000份家政服务人员样本,探讨培训对家政服务人员工作满意度影响的研究结果显示,首先,家政服务人员获得的培训证书数量与其工作满意度呈正相关关系,获得的培训证书数量越多,工作满意度越高。但是,家政服务人员接受的培训时间长短却对其工作满意度没有显著影响,这说明培训认证对家政服务人员满意度的提高更加有效。其次,语言技能的获得也有助于提高家政服务人员工作满意度,社会歧视则会降低其工作满意度。再次,不同工种的家政服务人员之间存在工作满意度的显著差别,具体表现为养老护理员的工作满意度要远低于月嫂。此外还发现,年龄、工龄、收入、工作时间、合同类型和与配偶的关系等都对家政服务人员工作满意度没有显著影响。Based on data from the Shanghai Domestic-work Professionalization Survey(SDPS)which was conducted among four types of in-home caregivers(n=1000)in Shanghai over the period from May to September 2021,this paper explores the influence of domestic workers’training on their job satisfaction.The results show that number of certificates has positive influence on domestic workers’job satisfaction,but the time spent on the training has no significant association.Furthermore,the skill,subjective discrimination,the type of care provided are negatively associated with the domestic workers’job satisfaction.However,age,work experience,income,working hours,type of contract and family situation are not significantly associated with the domestic workers’job satisfaction.
