摘　　要：目的 总结中国知网(CNKI)数据库中有关中药鲜药鲜用的文献特征,通过对相关文献进行计量学研究、可视化分析,从而探究中药鲜药鲜用的研究热点以及发展趋势,为该领域深入研究提供借鉴和参考。方法 以CNKI数据库为数据源,应用文献计量学方法,并借助CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件,对1978-2020年中药鲜药鲜用相关研究的年度发文情况、基金项目、期刊分布、高被引文献、核心机构网络、关键词等进行分析。结果 截止2020年12月31日,共检索到有效文献163篇,年度发文数量整体呈逐年上升趋势;有关“中药鲜药”相关研究的政府科技计划项目主要为国家自然科学基金的支持;发文量最高的期刊为《时珍国医国药》,被引频次最高的期刊为《中国中药杂志》;但发表论文在机构合作方面合作密度较低,缺少跨区域的合作;研究内容主要集中在鲜药的动物鲜药、临床功效、保鲜技术、化学物质组成四个领域。结论 目前,中药鲜药的研究已经开始引起学者的广泛关注,但我国对于中药鲜药的研究依旧任重而道远,亟需加强跨机构、跨区域的多元化科研合作,关注该领域研究热点,提升研究质量,充分发挥中药鲜药防病治病的独特优势和作用。该研究与分析对扩大鲜药的临床应用及新型饮片和制剂开发研究具有一定的指导意义。Objective Using the metrological study and visual analysis to analyze the literature characteristics of the fresh use of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database, the research hotspots and development trend were explored so as to provide the references for the further research in this field.Methods Using CNKI database as data source, using bibliometrics method and CiteSpace, VOSviewer analysis software, the annual publications, subject distribution, fund projects, journal distribution, high cited documents,institution distribution and keywords of related research on fresh Chinese medicine from 1978 to 2020 were analyzed.Results As of December 31, 2020, a total of 163 valid documents had been retrieved, and the number of annual publications had shown an overall upward trend year by year;The government science and technology program related to research on "fresh Chinese medicine" was mainly supported by the National Natural Science Foundation;The journal with the highest publication volume was " Lishizhen Medicine and Materia Medica Research", the most cited journal was "Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine";However, the cooperation density of published papers in institutional cooperation was low, and there was a lack of cross-regional cooperation;The research content mainly focuses on the four fields of animal fresh medicine, clinical efficacy, preservation technology, and chemical composition of fresh Chinese medicine. Conclusion At present, the research of fresh Chinese medicine has begun to attract wide attention from scholars, however, China still has a long way to go in the research of fresh Chinese medicine. It was urgent to strengthen cross-institutional and cross-regional diversified scientific research cooperation, and pay attention to the research hotspots in this field, improve the quality of research, and give full play to the unique advantages and functions of the fresh Traditional Chinese Medicine in disease prevention and treatment.
