摘　　要：目的 基于CiteSpace分析30余年冠心病舌诊客观化研究,探索其研究现状和热点趋势。方法 收集中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库,检索时间范围为1976年1月-2021年10月冠心病舌诊客观化相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件对文献数量、作者、机构、关键词等信息归纳总结。结果 共纳入文献131篇。发表有关冠心病舌诊客观化期刊论文数量呈现上升态势。作者和机构分析发现以上海中医药大学基础医学院王忆勤、许朝霞、宋雪阳等构成研究冠心病舌诊客观化的核心团队。关键词分析提示研究方向主要在冠心病舌象信息与临床指标相关性研究、冠心病不同证候舌诊信息特征诊断性研究等方面。结论 本研究利用CiteSpace客观反映了30余年冠心病舌诊客观化的研究进展,为今后本领域的研究提供参考与借鉴。Objective To analyze the objectification of tongue diagnosis of coronary heart disease in more than 30 years based on CiteSpace, and to explore its research status and hot trend. Methods China HowNet, Wanfang database, VIP database and China biomedical literature database, as well as the literature related to the objectification of tongue diagnosis of coronary heart disease from 1985 to 2021 were collected. Results CiteSpace software was used to objectively analyze the published number, authors, institutions and keywords of 131 articles. The number of documents issued showed that the number of documents issued by the objectification of tongue diagnosis of coronary heart disease showed an upward trend. The author and institutional analysis found that Wang Yiqin, Xu Chaoxia and song xueyang of the school of basic medicine of Shanghai University of traditional Chinese medicine are the core teams to study the objectification of tongue diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Keyword analysis suggests that the research direction is mainly relevance between tongue information and clinical detection indexes of coronary heart disease, and the diagnostic study of tongue diagnostic information characteristics of different syndromes of coronary heart disease. Conclusion This study intuitively shows the research progress and hot trend of tongue diagnosis objectification of coronary heart disease in more than 30 years by using the knowledge map, in order to provide a new perspective reference for the research frontier of tongue diagnosis objectification of coronary heart disease.
