摘 要:以阿拉善双峰驼产业链为例开展产业代谢分析(IMA),分别建立了传统产业链(TIC)和生态产业链(EIC)的物质流模型,并构建了IMA评价指标体系,来分析两种情景的产业代谢途径和产业代谢效率。结果表明:EIC中通过增加堆肥单元和灭菌水循环利用环节,促进了物质的循环再利用,减少了系统外部物质的投入和废弃物的排放,提高了资源利用效率。相较于TIC,EIC的单元代谢效率基本都有所提高,系统代谢效率也明显提高,如产业链物质循环系数(IRi)提高53.15%,产业链物质损失系数(ILi)降低0.61%,产业链生产系数(IPi)提高12.75%,产业链废弃物排放系数(IWi)降低69.81%。本研究证实了EIC的可行性和优势,能够为优化骆驼产业布局、改善整体环境绩效提供科学依据,从而促进相关产业可持续发展。An Industrial Metabolism Analysis(IMA)was carried with the Alxa Bactrian camel industrial chain.Material flow models for the traditional industrial chain(TIC)and the ecological industrial chain(EIC)were established and an IMA evaluation index system was developed to analyze the industrial metabolic pathway and industrial metabolic efficiency of the two scenarios.The results showed that the addition of the composting unit and the sterilized water recycling link in EIC promoted the recycling of materials,reduced external material input and waste emissions from the system,and improved the resource use efficiency.The unit metabolic efficiency of EIC had been basically improved and the system metabolic efficiency had also been significantly increased compared with those of TIC.For examples,the industrial chain material reuse coefficient(IR)was increased by 53.15%,the industrial chain material loss coefficient(IL)was decreased by 0.61%,the production coefficient(IP)was increased by 12.75%,and the industrial chain waste emission coefficient(IW)was decreased by 69.81%.This research confirmed the feasibility and advantages of EIC,which could provide a scientific basis for optimizing the layout of the camel industry and improving the overall environmental performance,thus promoting sustainable development of related industries.
