摘  要:目前GenBank数据库共收录122种蝽次目昆虫全线粒体基因组序列,比较分析其13个蛋白质编码基因的密码子使用情况、核苷酸进化速率及核苷酸序列信息位点等序列特征,归纳蝽次目tRNA基因的重排现象,同时基于蛋白质编码基因用贝叶斯法和最大似然法重建蝽次目系统发育树,最终为蝽次目昆虫的分子进化信息进行了分析和补充,为蝽次目的系统发育分析奠定了良好基础.两种方法构建的系统发育树结果基本一致,分支关系如下:(扁蝽总科+(蝽总科+(缘蝽总科+(红蝽总科+长蝽总科)))).The complete mitochondrial genome sequences of 122 species of Pentatomomorpha were recorded in GenBank database.The codon usage, nucleotide evolutionary rate and nucleotide sequence information sites of 13 protein-coding genes were compared and analyzed, and the rearrangement of tRNA genes in Pentatomomorpha was summarized.At the same time, the phylogenetic trees of Pentatomomorpha were reconstructed by Bayesian method and maximum likelihood method based on protein coding genes.Finally, the molecular evolution information of Pentatomomorpha was effectively analyzed and supplemented, which laid a good foundation for the phylogenetic analysis of Pentatomomorpha.The results of the phylogenetic trees constructed by the two methods are basically the same, and the branch relationship is as follows:(Aradoidea+(Pentatomoidea+(Coreoidea+(Pyrrhocoroidea+Lygaeoidea)))).
