富血小板纤维蛋白联合高压氧对比格犬种植体周围软组织愈合的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨富血小板纤维蛋白联合高压氧对比格犬种植体周围软组织愈合的影响。方法选择雄性比格犬12只,将其按随机数字表法分为4组,每组3只,包括A组(对照组)、B组(富血小板纤维蛋白)、C组(高压氧)、D组(富血小板纤维蛋白联合高压氧)。B组与D组比格犬拔牙后在拔牙窝处填入富血小板纤维蛋白,A组与C组不做任何处理。术后1 d,将C组与D组比格犬置入动物高压氧舱中进行高压氧治疗,A组与B组的实验犬置入常压通风处。观察4组实验犬的基本情况,观察4组实验犬的口腔软组织愈合情况,比较4组实验犬在术后3 d、7 d、3周及8周的病理炎症分级、胶原纤维平均吸光度、CD31平均吸光度,比较4组实验犬的颊侧骨量增加高度、新骨生存率及骨性结合率。结果12只实验犬24枚种植体无松动及脱落,无探诊出血、未见瘘管、无牙周袋及溢脓情况。术后8周,A、B、C、D组创面均无凹陷及组织红肿。术后3 d、7 d、3周时,D组的实验犬的病理炎症分级评分明显较A、B、C组低,B、C组评分明显较A组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后8周时,4组实验犬的病理炎症分级评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3 d时,4组实验犬的胶原纤维平均吸光度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7 d、3周、8周时,D组的实验犬的胶原纤维平均吸光度明显较A、B、C组高,B、C组吸光度明显较A组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3 d、8周时,4组实验犬的CD31平均吸光度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7 d、3周时,D组的实验犬的CD31平均吸光度明显较A、B、C组高,B、C组吸光度明显较A组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。D组实验犬的颊侧骨量增加高度、新骨生存率及骨性结合率明显较A、B、C组高,�Objective To investigate the effect of periimplant soft tissue healing in platelet-rich fibrin and hyperbaric oxygen contrast dogs.Methods Twelve male beagle dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 dogs in each group,including group A(control group),group B(platelet-rich fibrin),group C(hyperbaric oxygen),and group D(platelet-rich fibrin combined with hyperbaric oxygen).Group B and group D were filled with platelet-rich fibrin after tooth extraction,and group A and group C had no treatment.One day after operation,the beagles in groups C and D were placed in the animal hyperbaric oxygen chamber for hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and the experimental dogs in groups A and B were placed in the atmospheric ventilation place.The basic condition and oral soft tissue healing of the four groups of experimental dogs were observed.The pathological inflammation grade,average absorbance of collagen fiber and average absorbance of CD31 of the four groups of experimental dogs at the 3 days,7 days,3 weeks and 8 weeks after operation were compared.The increased height of buccal bone mass,the survival rate of new bone and the rate of osseous union of the four groups of experimental dogs were compared.Results There was no loosening or falling off of 24 implants in 12 experimental dogs,no bleeding on probing,no fistula,no periodontal pocket and no discharge of pus.At 8 weeks after operation,there was no depression or tissue redness and swelling in the wounds of groups A,B,C and D.At 3 days,7 days and 3 weeks after operation,the pathological inflammation grading scores of experimental dogs in group D were lower than those in groups A,B and C,and the scores of groups B and C were lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05);at 8 weeks after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in the pathological inflammation grading scores among the four groups of experimental dogs(P>0.05).At 3 days aft
