摘  要:科研引领下的“新型学徒制”是在现代学徒制框架下,拓展学校育人方式和内容,通过教师在开展科研项目过程中将专业技术技能及精神传承给学生的一种人才培养模式。以辽宁农业职业技术学院畜牧兽医学院反刍方向科研团队为例,以教师为引领者,以学生“科研助理员”为培养对象,依托科研项目的实施,采取“1对n(n≤3)”的方式,通过选拔、团建、培训、考评等一系列措施,培养了一批具有较高专业素质、较强学习能力和执行能力、较强创新能力的优质产业后备军,形成了一套科研引领下的“新型学徒制”特色人才培养模式。The new apprenticeship under the guidance of scientific research is a talent training mode that expands the way and content of school education under the framework of modem apprenticeship,and inherits professional technical skills and spirit to students through teachers in the process of carrying out scientific research projects.Taking the scientific research team of rumination in the College of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of Liaoning Agricultural Technical College as an example,taking teachers as the leaders,taking student scientific research assistants as the training objects,relying on the implementation of scientific research projects,adopting the method of"1 vs n(n≤3)",through a series of measures such as selection,group construction,training and evaluation,a group of high-quality industrial reserve forces with high professional quality,strong learning ability and execution ability,and strong innovation ability have been trained,and a set of characteristic talent training mode of new apprenticeship under the guidance of scientific research has been formed.
