摘  要:目的观察卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤的超声影像特点,评价超声诊断在临床中的价值。方法选取40例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤手术患者为研究对象,对其进行超声诊断,以病理诊断为金标准,观察超声图像及超声诊断结果。结果经病理诊断卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤40例。超声诊断卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤36例,盆腔炎性肿块2例,黄体囊肿1例,卵巢浆液性囊腺癌1例,诊断准确率为90.00%。单纯囊性患者29例(80.56%),乳头状患者7例(19.44%),单房患者31例(86.11%),多房患者5例(13.89%)。囊肿最大为17.8 cm×16.4 cm×14.2 cm,最小为4.5 cm×3.7 cm×3.2 cm。结论卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤患者进行超声诊断,具有较高的诊断准确率,且超声诊断不会对患者造成创伤,经济实惠,简单易操作,可作为临床诊断卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤的首要方法。Objective To observe the ultrasonographic characteristics of serous cystadenoma of ovary and evaluate the value of ultrasonography in clinical diagnosis.Methods 40 patients with serous cystadenoma of ovary underwent ultrasonic diagnosis.Pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard.Ultrasonic images and diagnostic results were observed.Results 40 cases of ovarian serous cystadenoma were pathologically diagnosed.36 cases of serous cystadenoma of ovary,2 cases of pelvic inflammatory mass,1 case of luteal cyst and 1 case of serous cystadenocarcinoma of ovary were diagnosed by ultrasonography,the diagnostic accuracy was 90.00%.There were 29 patients with simple cystic disease(80.56%),7 patients with papillary disease(19.44%),31 patients with single room(86.11%),and 5 patients with multiroom disease(13.89%).The maximum size of the cyst was 17.8 cm×16.4 cm×14.2 cm,and the minimum size was 4.5 cm×3.7 cm×3.2 cm.Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis of patients with ovarian serous cystadenoma has a high diagnostic accuracy,and ultrasound diagnosis will not cause trauma to patients,economic benefits,simple and easy to operate,can be used as the primary method for clinical diagnosis of ovarian serous cystadenoma.
