江苏某大型公立医院开展国际交流合作的实践与思考

摘　　要：目的随着全球化的发展,医学领域的国际交流合作越来越频繁,江苏某大型公立医院积极开展国际交流合作,探索有效途径,助力医院实现高质量发展。方法通过回顾性疏理该院国际交流合作的发展历程和成果,总结既往发展模式,明确发展中目前存在的问题,提出现阶段医院国际交流合作工作的实现路径。结果在江苏省某大型公立医院的发展中,国际交流合作主要经历了四个阶段,形成了以医院资源为主体、政府项目为依托、社会平台为补充、援非项目为特色的四大模式,在人才培养、医疗水平、科研能力等方面取得了一定成果。面对当下新冠疫情、同行竞争等外部挑战和体制机制缺失的内部挑战,可以从丰富交流方式、深度挖掘资源、深化援外工作、完善体制机制四个方面进行有效探索。结论受内外多重因素影响,医院急需改变传统的国际交流方式,探索国际交流合作新路径,进一步强化医院学科建设,实现高峰人才突破,以更开放的姿态融入全球卫生合作。Objective With the development of globalization,international exchanges and cooperation in the medical field become more and more frequent.A large public hospital in Jiangsu actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation to explore effective ways to help the hospital achieve high-quality development.Methods By reviewing the development history and results of international exchange and cooperation of the hospital,summarizing the previous development mode,clarifying the existing problems in the development,and putting forward the realization path of international exchange and cooperation of the hospital at the present stage.Results In the development of a large public hospital in Jiangsu Province,the international exchange and cooperation mainly went through four stages,forming four modes with hospital resources as the main body,government projects as the support,social platforms as the supplement and African aid projects as the feature.Certain achievements have been made in personnel training,medical level and scientific research ability.In the face of the current external challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and peer competition,as well as internal challenges due to the lack of institutions and mechanisms,effective exploration can be made in four aspects:enriching communication methods,digging deeper resources,deepening foreign aid work,and improving institutions and mechanisms.Conclusion Affected by multiple internal and external factors,it is urgent for hospitals to change the traditional way of international exchange,explore new ways of international exchange and cooperation,further strengthen the construction of hospital disciplines,achieve breakthrough of peak talents,and integrate into global health cooperation with a more open attitude.
