摘 要:含铬革屑一直以来都是制革行业难以处理的固体废弃物。因此,如何将含铬革屑进行高价值转化将有助于皮革行业的可持续发展。本文利用含铬革屑在碱-热体系中降解得到的胶原蛋白水解物(CPH)作为石膏缓凝剂,探究CPH对石膏水化与结晶过程的影响。结果表明,CPH的加入延缓了半水石膏水化率的上升以及水化热的释放。随着CPH用量的增加,这种延缓作用愈加显著。利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对石膏微观结构的观察发现CPH可以推迟半水石膏向二水石膏的结晶进程。此外,TG/DSC、FTIR和XRD分析表明CPH的存在延缓了半水石膏的水化反应以及二水石膏的形成。但随着水化时间的推移,半水石膏最终被完全水化。本研究不仅为蛋白类石膏缓凝剂的发展提供了基础理论,而且也为皮革废弃物的处理开辟了新的思路。Chrome leather scraps have always been a solid waste which are difficult to handle for the tanning indus⁃try.Therefore,high-value conversion of chrome leather scraps will contribute to the sustainable development of the leather industry.In the paper,we utilized collagen protein hydrolysate(CPH)obtained from alkali-heat degradation of chrome leather scraps as a gypsum retarder and the effect of CPH on the hydration and crystallization process of gypsum was analyzed.The results showed the addition of CPH delayed the increase in hydration degree and release of hydration heat during the hydration process of gypsum,and this delay action was more remarkable as more CPH was introduced.Microscopic observation of gypsum structure by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope showed that CPH could delay the crystallization process of hemihydrate gypsum to dihydrate gypsum.Moreover,TG/DSC,FTIR,and XRD analysis indicated that the presence of CPH inhibited the hydration reaction hemihydrate gyp⁃sum and the formation of dihydrate gypsum but over hydration time the hemihydrate gypsum was completely hydrated at last.This study not only provides a basic theory for the development of protein gypsum retarders but also opens up new ideas for the treatment of leather wastes.
