首荟通便胶囊对脊柱骨折患者便秘的疗效及对肠道功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨首荟通便胶囊对接受脊柱骨科手术患者术后肠道功能的调节与术后便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2019年10月至2021年1月首次接受脊柱骨科手术的患者97例,男52例,女45例;年龄25~65岁,平均年龄(42.75±17.52)岁。按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组;比较术后围手术期患者便秘程度、大便状态、次数与状态正常时间,并进行临床疗效分析。结果对照组与观察组患者术后3 d便秘程度均较严重(P>0.05),术后5 d、7 d对照组比观察组严重(P<0.01);对照组腹胀、腹痛、排便困难的临床症状改善率普遍低于观察组(P<0.05);术后3 d时,患者大便性状接近(P>0.05),分类属于便秘的性状;术后5 d、7 d时,观察组已正常或接近正常状态,而对照组仍处于便秘状态(P<0.05);对照组次数正常时间、状态正常时间晚于观察组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为66.67%,高于对照组的87.51%(P<0.01)。结论首荟通便胶囊可调节在脊柱骨折手术围手术期肠道功能、治疗便秘,临床疗效良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shouhui Tongbian Capsule on the intestinal function and constipation after the spinal orthopedic surgery.Methods From October 2019 to January 2021,97 patients who underwent spine orthopedic surgery in our hospital for the first time were selected,including 52 males and 45 females with the mean age of(42.75±17.52)years.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The degree of constipation,stool status,number of defecation,and the time to return the normal frequency of defecation and stool statue during the perioperative period between groups were compared.The clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results The degree of constipation on day 3 postoperatively in the control group and the observation group was serious without a significant difference(P>0.05).Constipation on day 5 and 7 was significantly severer in the control group than that of observation group(P<0.01).The improvement rate of clinical symptoms of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and defecation difficulty in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).On day 3 postoperatively,the stool status was similar between groups(P>0.05),which belonged to the constipation statue.The stool statue on day 5 and 7 in the observation group was basically returned to normal,but which still belonged to the constipation statue in the control group(P<0.05).The time to return the normal frequency of defecation and stool statue in the control group was significantly later than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The overall clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.51%vs 66.67%,P<0.01).Conclusion Shouhui Tongbian Capsule can adjust the intestinal function during the perioperative period of spinal orthopedic surgery,and treat postoperative constipation,which has a good clinical effect.
