摘　　要：论述了在葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、可溶性淀粉、支链淀粉、糊精、土豆汁不同碳源培养基上黑曲霉生长的特性。黑曲霉菌种在土豆汁(PDA)培养基上,菌落萌发率高,菌落凸起,边缘光滑,菌丝不发散,孢子生成量多。而当以葡萄糖等其他碳源为黑曲霉生长培养基时,菌落萌发时间长、菌落菌丝长,而且萌发率低,产孢能力差。试验的7种碳源培养基中,土豆汁培养基最适宜黑曲霉菌种生长,菌落形态好,产孢能力强。在土豆汁培养基上,培养24 h黑曲霉菌种就开始代谢产生酶,碘指示剂显示出现酶圈,培养34 h代谢产生酸,溴甲酚绿指示剂显示出现酸圈。The growth characteristics of Aspergillus Niger on glucose,sucrose,maltose,soluble starch,amylopectin,dextrin and potato juice medium with different carbon sources were discussed.Aspergillus Niger on potato juice(PDA)medium,the colony germination rate was high,the colony was raised,the edge was smooth,the mycelium did not diverge,and the amount of spores was large.However,when glucose and other carbon sources were used as the growth medium of Aspergillus Niger,the colony germination time was long,the colony hypha was long,and the germination rate was low,and the sporulation ability was poor.Among the seven carbon source media tested,the potato juice medium was the most suitable for the growth of Aspergillus Niger,with good colony morphology and strong sporulation ability.On potato juice medium,Aspergillus Niger species began to produce enzymes and enzyme circles after 24 h culture,and acid circles appeared after 34 h culture.
