摘 要:为了探索木质素对丙烯腈聚合原液的性能影响,用两种不同的木质素与聚丙烯腈(PAN)进行了不同配比的共混实验,并对共混后的溶液进行黏度、稳态流变性能、固含量、分子量等一系列测试。结果表明,共混溶液的黏度随着温度的升高而下降,60℃左右时相对稳定;随着两种木质素含量的增加,A木质素/PAN共混溶液黏度显著增加,B木质素添加量超过40%后溶液黏度降低;木质素添加量为40%时,LA溶液黏度较纯PAN溶液黏度增加了192%,LB溶液黏度大幅提升了133%。这些都与溶液内分子链形态的变化有关,由于木质素添加后,共混溶液表现出典型切力变稀的性质,共混溶液的温度、木质素添加量等因素都会影响溶液切力变稀的临界剪切速率。实验发现,固含量降低没有影响溶液黏度,且A木质素/PAN共混溶液分子量大,分散度也较平均。不同木质素在添加少量时对PAN原液的流变性能影响几乎相近,因此共混溶液中加入30%~40%A木质素较适宜。In order to explore the effect of lignin on the properties of acrylonitrile polymerization solution, two different kinds of lignin were selected to blend with polyacrylonitrile(PAN) in different ratios, and then the viscosity, steady-state rheological properties, solid content and molecular weight of the two blended solutions were tested by MCR-302 rheometer.The results showed that the viscosity of the blended solution decreased with the increase of temperature and was relatively stable at about 60℃.It was found that the viscosity of A lignin/PAN blended solution increased significantly with the increase of two lignin contents, and the viscosity of the solution decreased after the addition of B lignin over 40%.When the lignin addition was 40%,the viscosity of LA solution increased by 192% compared with that of pure PAN solution and the viscosity of LB solution significantly increased by 133%.These were related to the changes of molecular chain morphology in solution.Since the blended solution exhibited typical tangential thinning after lignin addition, the temperature of the blended solution, the amount of lignin added, and other factors affected the critical shear rate of tangential thinning of the solution.It was found that the decrease of solid content did not affect the solution viscosity, and the A lignin/PAN blended solution had a large molecular weight and a more average dispersion.The rheological properties of PAN solution were almost similar when different lignin was added in small amounts, so it was suitable to add 30%~40% A lignin into the blended solution.
